By accessing or using any part of the nerobet platform — including the website at nerobet.bio, any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, and all gaming and betting services offered thereunder — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not create an account, deposit funds, place bets, or use any nerobet service. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically.

To register and maintain an account with nerobet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. nerobet does not permit anyone under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any gaming or betting activity on the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of any balance held.

Each individual may only hold one registered account with nerobet. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, constitutes a prohibited activity and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Your nerobet account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether or not that activity was authorised by you. nerobet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication via SMS OTP, which is available to all registered accounts at no charge from within the account security settings.

You must not share your login credentials — username, password, security PIN, or OTP codes — with any other person under any circumstances. If you have reason to believe that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify nerobet support immediately and change your password without delay. nerobet will never contact you by email, chat, or phone to request your password or OTP code; any such communication should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

nerobet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where:

• The account holder is found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Activity on the account is flagged by nerobet's fraud or money-laundering detection systems;
• Requested verification documents are not provided within the stipulated timeframe;
• The account is inactive for a continuous period of twelve months, during which time a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rs 200 may apply to any remaining balance.

All financial transactions on nerobet are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). nerobet supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for users in Pakistan: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and 1LINK. Minimum deposit is Rs 500. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000.

Deposits made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Raast are typically credited to your nerobet account within seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank typically clear within 15 to 30 minutes during standard banking hours. 1LINK transfers may take up to 60 minutes. nerobet applies a strict same-name policy to all payment transactions. Deposits and withdrawals must originate from and be directed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the nerobet account holder. nerobet does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, certain payment providers may apply their own transaction fees independent of nerobet, for which nerobet accepts no responsibility. Currency conversion fees do not apply to PKR transactions.

nerobet offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the point of each offer, which form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotional term and the general provisions of this document, the specific promotional term shall prevail.

Unless the specific promotional terms expressly state otherwise, all bonus funds credited to a nerobet account are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are detailed in each individual promotion's terms and will be clearly communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player unless the promotion expressly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• nerobet reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being credited to an account.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through the use of multiple accounts, false identity, or coordinated wagering strategies constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings and may lead to permanent account closure.
• Bets placed with bonus funds on games that are excluded from wagering contribution will not count toward the applicable wagering requirement.

All bets placed on nerobet are governed by the specific rules applicable to the market, game, or event on which the bet is placed, in addition to these general Terms. Game-specific rules are accessible from within the relevant game interface. Sports betting market rules are published in the betting help section of the platform.

For sports betting, including PSL, international cricket, and other markets:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds may change after bet confirmation — confirmed bets will not be affected by subsequent odds movements unless the event is declared void.
• In the event that an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with nerobet's void bet policy, which typically returns stakes to the player's balance.
• nerobet reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to technical malfunction or data feed failure.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply per market and are displayed within the betting interface. Bets that exceed applicable limits may be partially accepted or declined without prior notice.

For live casino games, all outcomes are determined by the game engine or live dealer in accordance with the certified rules of each game. nerobet does not interfere with game outcomes. Disconnection during a live casino session will be handled in accordance with the applicable game provider's disconnection policy, details of which are available within each game's help section.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on nerobet and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one nerobet account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Identity fraud: Using false, stolen, or another person's identity during registration or verification.
• Money laundering: Using nerobet's payment infrastructure to process, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Match-fixing and integrity violations: Placing bets on events in which you have any involvement, direct or indirect, in influencing the outcome.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, software, or any automated tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Collusion: Coordinating play with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live games, or any other multi-player environment.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback for funds that were legitimately deposited to a nerobet account.
• Vulnerability exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors, or mathematical errors in game outcomes to generate profit.

All content on the nerobet platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface layout, game graphics, promotional materials, text, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of nerobet or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the nerobet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any nerobet content;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on nerobet's platform or content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any nerobet software component;
• Use nerobet's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context without express prior written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nerobet, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the nerobet platform.

nerobet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. nerobet accepts no liability for losses resulting from platform downtime, data transmission failures, internet connectivity issues outside nerobet's control, or third-party payment processing delays.

Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit nerobet's liability for death or personal injury caused by nerobet's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

nerobet collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its current form.

In summary, nerobet collects personal information necessary for account registration, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. nerobet does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with certified KYC/AML service providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies where required.

To the extent that any dispute between you and nerobet cannot be resolved amicably through nerobet's internal dispute resolution process (see Section 14 below), the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of nerobet's licensing jurisdiction for the final resolution of such disputes.

Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction that cannot be excluded or modified by contract.

nerobet operates a formal internal dispute resolution process. If you have a complaint or dispute relating to a bet settlement, account restriction, transaction, or any other aspect of the nerobet service, you should follow the steps below:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Raise your issue with nerobet's 24/7 live chat team. The majority of queries are resolved at this stage within minutes. Average live chat response time is 3–5 minutes.
2. Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your issue is not resolved to your satisfaction through live chat, submit a formal written complaint to [email protected] with your account reference number, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting documentation. nerobet will acknowledge formal complaints within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If your formal complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within the timeframe above, you may request escalation to nerobet's senior compliance team. The escalated review will be completed within 10 business days.

nerobet's internal dispute resolution process is the required first step before any external escalation. nerobet is committed to resolving all legitimate disputes fairly, transparently, and within the timeframes stated above.
